Each upload of this file is a version. Jobs run against a specific one, so older versions are kept.
Jobs turn this file into something the map can draw — a parquet table, or GeoTIFF tiles.

Re-run a job on a timer, for data that changes at the source — a nightly feed, a weekly extract.
Every 15 minutes
Every 15 minutes, downloads https://tgftp.nws.noaa.gov/SL.us008001/DF.sha/DC.cap/DS.WWA/current_all.tar.gz into “Current Hazards” as a new version. Then builds a table from it, so the map picks the new data up.
